Waters is author of the Fitness Equipment Review site. He
has worked in the fitness equipment industry for a number
of years and was formerly the V.P. of Marketing for Smooth
Fitness.
His experience goes beyond just reviewing elliptical
trainers. He has personally met many of the owners of the
companies that sell fitness equipment, and often travels to
their corporate headquarters. That is why he offers insight
into not only the products, but the businesses behind them.
In addition to testing products, he provides information
from other industry professionals, as well as customer testimonials.
You not only get his recommendations, but also independent
reviews and ratings. One of his favorite sources is fitness
equipment salespeople. Not the ones at Dicks or Sports Authority,
but the pros at fitness equipment specialty stores. He'll
spend literally hours talking about the pros and cons of various
models.
As a former V.P. of marketing
in the fitness equipment industry, he separates the hype from the facts. And having
been one of the hypsters, he knows which is which. His goal is to find you
the best value for your money.
