Power Incline and Decline — Most elliptical manufacturers have machines that incline, but none allow you to decline. The advantage to inclining your elliptical stride it that you can target different muscles groups by changing your path and motion. However, by declining the motion you can target even more muscles, allowing you to almost tone your entire lower body. Combine that with the upper body workout and you end up with a machine that provides one of the most comprehensive workouts in the industry. Furthermore, when you incline and decline the motion you simulate going up and down hills or mountains, which is beneficial with the next feature.

10" Google Android Touch Full Color Screen Tablet Display — The display on the NordicTrack E 15.0 elliptical trainer lets you connect to the Internet and access your favorite web sites. You can catch up with the news or sports, access facebook , watch videos on YouTube and more. In addition, with your Google Maps workouts you can get a street, satellite or earth view of your route. I was able to trace a route in my neighborhood and could see familiar sites as I proceeded. You can also directly access your workout stats from iFit Live. This feature is very impressive.
2 HD Video Workouts — The Android browser allows for HD videos. On the NordicTrack E 15.0 you have a personal trainer coaching you as you run through Haleakala and Hana, Hawaii. He "shares interesting facts about artifacts and landmarks along the way. Your incline and decline adjust to match the terrain." Where do they come up with these ideas?
 Adjustable Oversized Cushioned Foot Pedals — By adjusting the foot pedal angle you can position them to your comfort zone. This reduces heal lift that can result in numbness. By being oversized you can further position your feet where they are most comfortable. In addition, the cushioning reduces the impact to your ankles and knees. You could literally exercise barefooted and feel comfortable.
36 Workout Programs — You have a generous selection of exercise routines that target your hamstrings, quads, calves and core. The programs control your speed, time, distance, resistance and ramp incline and decline.
32 Lb. Flywheel — The heavy weight of the flywheel offers a smooth and natural elliptical stride. There is a major difference in the feel of the stride in comparison to cheaper models that use lightweight flywheels.
Heart Rate Monitor with Wireless Chest Strap — You can continually monitor your heart rate as you exercise. You can also use this feature to keep your heart rate in a particular zone, like fat burn or cardio training. This technique is used by professional athlete for training.
Sound System with MP3 Input — NordicTrack offers some of the best sound systems found on any fitness equipment. I've been on some ellipticals where the sound was terrible.

I'm exhausted listing and describing all the features on the NordicTrack E 15.0 elliptical trainer. Recently when I was talking to the head of engineering at NordicTrack, I could tell that he was particularly proud of this model. Biomechanically the NordicTrack E 15.0 offers a variety of features designed to enhance your workout and let you target the majority of your muscle groups.
Technologically it has numerous innovative options that are geared to motivate you to achieve your fitness goals. Overall, I am impressed with the quality of the NordicTrack E 15.0. It may not be commercial grade, but it is a durable crosstrainer. Obviously there are commercial grade machines that are more durable (and more expensive), but there is no elliptical that is as innovative.
When you factor the total package of the NordicTrack E 15.0 elliptical trainer, it destroys the competition and leaves no prisoners.
