Although your typcial elliptical trainer will offer less impact than a treadmill, the repetitive motion has definite drawbacks. The Smooth Agile DMT X2 represents a new generation of crosstrainers that is breaking out of the mold of a fixed elliptical stride. The Dynamic Motion Technology provides a number of benefits and has resulted in this machine being their #1 seller.
