Articulating Foot Pedals — The pedals are designed to angle with the motion, thus reducing stain on your ankles and knees. The extra cushioning further reduces stress to your arches and pounding to your heel.

The three distinctive strides allow you to get an intense workout while targeting more of lower body muscles. Furthermore, this is a very durable and solid machine with a good service record.

The Smooth CE 3.7 is an excellent alternative to a standard fixed motion elliptical trainer.
